Delivery Time

All in-stock items will ship within 48 hours. Custom orders will be shipped within the time frame noted on the item. Some items will be drop-shipped directly to you from the manufacturer and will ship within the time frame noted on the item.

Shipping Rates

We offer free local pick up or delivery for customers in the Dallas area. As a special savings to other customers, we offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $150.00 to any address in the contiguous United States. The following rates will apply on all other orders within the contiguous United States :

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange your merchandise. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of your receipt of the item(s). Items must be returned in new, unused condition in the original packaging with a copy of your order receipt. Payment will be refunded in the original form once the return is received. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. Items that are sent with free shipping will be charged a shipping fee of 10% of the order total to cover the cost of the shipping back to us. Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer on all exchanges and are non-refundable on all returns. Please contact us at kelly@fairiesfrogs.com regarding any questions about a return.

***Please Note: Any damaged packages you receive needs to be brought to our attention immediately so that we can file a claim with the delivery company.

Canceling an Order

Items are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order and in most instances cannot be canceled. You may return the item using the return policy above. Sorry, shipping fees are non-refundable. Undeliverable shipments and refused deliveries will be charged the original shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee. Items that are sent with free shipping will be charged a shipping fee of 10% of the order total to cover the cost of the shipping back to us.

Custom Made Orders

Custom made and personalized items may be canceled for a full refund within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible at kelly@fairiesfrogs.com to cancel a custom order. Because custom items are crafted to your specifications, Fairies & Frogs cannot accept returns on these products and all sales will be final unless there is a defect or a mistake on our part.

Sales Tax

All orders with a Texas billing address will be charged 8.25% sales tax. No sales tax will be charged if the billing address is located out of the state of Texas.
